was amazing. lol Felt a little strange at first with that cold medicine entering my penis but it did not hurt and I'm not sore. It started working fast like with in 10 seconds after injecting. A little strange here also having my penis starting to get erect with no effort but hey I can get use to that. Not sure if this was just my mind messing with me but at first when we started having sex I felt a little numb but that didn't last long at all. Sex lasted about 30 min but could have went much longer. I was erect for about an hour & a half so next time I'm only going to use .1ml. I was prescribed .2ml but I feel like that was a bit to much if you know what I mean. Its going to take a few times to get use to it but yeah I'm blown away at trimix. I simply love the stuff! Worth every penny! Be careful about the lower dose...it might not work at all. The Doctor prescribed you a dosage that will be effective...stick with it.
I am envious of guys that get this awesome of a response with Tri-Mix. My results on a hardness scale of 1 to 10 would be a 6 or a 7. Increasing the dose just gives me a longer lasting 6 or 7. I have moved on to Quad Mix and it works the same for me - no better. But then again my SHBG ranges from single digits to low teens so I would not be surprised if that is a factor as it seems to be for everything else TRT-related.

The Quad-Mix should have helped with hardness but I am not really feeling any difference. I know my body chemistry is just plain weird compared to most, but for me both Tri-Mix and Quad-Mix give me a mediocre erection that lasts around 2 hours, when I what I really want is a 10 that lasts 30 minutes.
2 questions.
1. Does trimix make you 100% hard?
Steel pipe hard?
2. If trimix gets you where you should be at then my simple thought is that things can work without trimix, you just need to find out the cause and try to fix.

Trimix gets me at least as hard as I have ever been in my life, and I stay that hard longer than I was ever able to do in my youth.
I doubt I could ever come close to that without trimix no matter how hard I tried to "fix it." What if the cause is just aging? I'm about to turn 75.
Not sure if my BP meds are impacting the tri mix.

I have the same experience with trimix and I'm 62. The formula I use is 40/30/2 and I use 7 units. That results in a full erection in less than 10 minutes and it lasts from 1.5 to 3 hours.
I've read somewhere that if your to flaccid while injecting trimix you may miss because of the corpus cavernosa area being much smaller. Not sure if this is what happen to me last time but my erection was only like 70% there if you know what I mean? OR could it be I may need to go up a little on my dose? IF SO what is a safe amount to go to? I take .2 ml each time and only use it once a week but I definitely want to get back to where I was 100% erect. From what I'm reading it sounds like going up is the solution but I don't know and my doctor is on vacation for a week.

So I received my Trimix yesterday and was a little anxious to do a test run on my own but at the same time nervous about the entire process... Initially I was injected with Trimix by my Urologist while a Doppler ultrasound was performed .. Once again very nervous at the time for a few different reasons.
(1) Oral pills we're not working tried the top 3 , best I'd get on a good day was 30% erections and stuffed up nose .. So I was nervous that the injection would not work as well, I figured I was doomed @ 43 years of age a Implant was not going to happen any time soon no insurance and no apparent physical reason for my ED that gradually started about a year ago .. So he set everything up and explained that since everything looked ok on my charts and physically I was in decent shape he felt I should respond well to a lower dose I was instructed on the process and he injected me with 10 units of a starter mix ( 5.88/18/0.6) and left the room said be back in 5 min to check then 10 min ... First off , it didn't hurt only a slight pinch a little more than a mosquito bite and as fast . So as I lied on my back I was hoping to God this would work because I was all but out of options and having no insurance and been to other Dr's and Urologist it was not easy on the wallet so to speak .. After about a min I started feeling action down there nothing major but something working , after 3 min already surpassed the erection quality of all 3 Oral meds and at 5 min when Dr checked I was about 65% so he said he be back and responding well .. So as I was thanking God over the next few minutes the medication was still taking effect and at the 10 min mark I was all but in tears of joy , I saw for the first time in about a year a very usable erection .. Dr came back in room and examined it looked and felt rigid enough asked how I felt about it and I said extremely happy , so he started the Doppler ultrasound took about 10 min and said everything looked great with plumbing blood flow good and no Venus leak .. So he said he would call in my prescription and sent me on my way home "Yes fully erect" I had a tough time trying to conceal that bad boy out of the office till I reached my vehicle but in all honesty I was smiling the whole way .. Some questions for you guys hopefully can get some good insight and understanding...First I noticed my erections are cold almost immediately and entire time not bone chilling but definitely cold .. Second the head of penis does not swell or harden which isn't that big of deal but looks a little out of place do to girth of shaft .. Anyone else experience any of this ?

Have you considered nitric oxide boosting?
I remind guys to masturbate even if you have a soft penis for a few minutes before and after the injection. Sometimes that is hard to do when you have someone waiting naked in bed. It may be TMI but having your sex partner masturbate you while you reciprocate with stimulation for them can enhance the swell of the penis glans.
If you are not using hCG, you may want to try it. I truly believe that it can enhance the effect of Trimix (with or without nitric oxide precursors like citrulline) by improving sensation and rigidity. Of course, we have no data to prove this.
Why did you ask about Anastrozole?

First off thanks for the reply and thanks for your time and devotion on the subject matter on this site and also like to thank all the others who contribute as well , it's places information like this that got me where I am today because I can't tell you guys how low I was in life over something such as ED I considered myself a strong minded individual but let me tell u struggling with it over a year really put a hurting on me... So not taking any anastrozole not sure what that is I'm new to all this . And as far as nitric oxide boosting I was hesitant about pills or powders ability so I started eating beets spinach celery once a week along with some pomegranate juice don't know if that would help nitric oxide or not...

Just to clarify my erection from Trimix is cold to touch for it's entire duration .. Also penis head does not swell from Trimix . When I was able to achieve a natural Erection my penis was always warm and head would swell or harden as well .. Like I mentioned no big deal on the head it just looks a bit out of place being the shaft is engorged like it is.. I'm a bit more curious on the cold to touch penis during the erection from Trimix I'm kind of worried because my partners vagina being naturally warm inside she will get freaked out when I enter with that cold beast .. It's odd is all
