Low T and elevated fasting blood sugar

Thank you, I hope you have a nice holiday as well. 
My energy level has been increasing for weeks now. My well being has been very good compared to recent years for sure. I do have one nagging issue with my head though and while I don't know what my T levels are like yet, I am beginning to think it might be something else. For years and years I have been having dizziness, sorta like a drunk feeling (De realization I have heard it called). Some days are worse then others. Some days there is no problem at all. I have thought for a while it was hormonal but maybe it's a nerve issue in my cervical spine. I dunno. The past three days it's been pretty bad even on injection day and the following day. If my T is up and it's still happening I may have to look elsewhere for sure.
Once I get the next labs back I hope that we will know more

Glad to hear you're getting relief on a few fronts. Herbs, powders, aminos and extracts have finally begun to alleviate severe back and neck pain that hit late last summer. Disc issues are confirmed but there may be other causes. That's been the most debilitating and chronic pain I've ever experienced. Experiencing significant improvements in cognition, reduction in daytime somnolence and ED. I theorize a reduction in inflammation.
It will take an expert to determine which supplements, if any, are appropriate for you. Acupuncture and inversion are worth trying too. Have you asked your doc if ALC (ALCAR) is safe an appropriate for you? So many threads here and elsewhere that discuss stacks specific for cognition, libido, ED. Considering that folks with no underlying conditions can get in trouble fast with these stacks plenty of caution is indicated but you already know that.

Excellent read. Even though the case study was small it's interesting to note that the HCG serum level spiked up at 24 and 48 hours at the 500iu dose while not completely disappearing at 72 hours.
It seems there really is not a whole lot of data on some one like me attempting this. It's really hard to say if being treated with TRT for a long time would have an affect on the effective nature of the HCG too - maybe that could play a role.
I have never taken Zinc supplements but maybe I should add that into my daily diet as well?
Yesterday I added 1000mg of Cinsulin (2 tabs twice daily) to see if it will help with my fasting blood sugar.
As for the back pain. I now use an inversion table and it SAVED my life. I have a bulging disk at L5S1 and it was almost debilitating. I had steroid shots that only worked for a short period of time and I was ready for surgery. Then I started reading about hanging upside down so I tried it from a tree branch and my back/leg pain was diminished greatly! So I bought an inversion table before I broke my neck falling out of the tree. LOL I rarely have to use it now because been so effective. I should probably get on it and try to stretch the muscles in my neck. But getting the disk and muscle off the nerve made a HUGE difference.

mIU/mL serum hCG did not "spike up at 48 hrs". It attained 3 and remained there until the draw at 48 hrs. The levels at hrs 49-71 are inferred from the data points at hr 48 and hr 72.
This study pertains to pt on TRT and the use of hCG as an adjunct therapy to maintain testicular health not as hCG monotherapy to attain healthy T levels.

When Dr. Saya speaks of dosing at 500 EOD or E3/12D he is not referring to doses used for mono.

Possible but not likely unless the testicular tissue had severely atrophied. Most do fine though. More commonly it's the axis that doesn't want to restart not the testes.
Your doc evidently has a reason for not having given you a very large initial test dose of hCG. I was surprised how mine came back after years and years on gel. In the gap between end of TRT and start of hCG I regained some LH FSH and natural production. I was clueless at that point ( as were some 7 docs treating me at the time) or would have attempted a proper restart.

The last Wednesday injection I had that following evening my libido was off the charts (for me) and it lasted until late Thursday evening. The nvery next injection on Saturday I didn't have the same kind of feeling. Then I just took this last injection yesterday and last night was a repeat of the previous Wednesday. And today, still very horny. Is it perhaps that I am taking the injection in the morning instead of at night right before bed on Saturdays?

I think it looks pretty good. You're feeling...what? And can you confirm that the estradiol was measured via the sensitive LC,MS/MS, test?
The Estradiol test is the standard test. My Dr did not order the sensitive test. I wanted to take the test immediately after the injection to get an idea of the maximum potential (just to see if I really was secondary) So I took this test about 24 hours after the 500iu. Doses have been the same 500iu twice a week since I started a month ago. I got my zinc checked this time and it's 1324 (scale 822-1571) Also my Vit. D3 and iodine are greatly improved from previous test.
I feel good. My mood, well being and energy level really good. As I said above though my ED is still a persistent problem. Just can't really keep and erection for a very long time. Penis sensitivity is still lacking. My libido is very good to excellent (took til week 3 to actually feel this). Much better then it's been in years. After my morning shot that night and the following day it's in overdrive then begins to wane the following day.

This is really great news! No drop off in energy past 72 hours? If you can get a 72-84 hour serum draw we'll know your trough. The Leydigs may be growing and your response to the same dose could increase in the coming months. It's possible your true estradiol is lower which would put you below normal. Ask your doc if Gene's NO stack is safe for you to take. No more ED would top off this awesome low dose hCG mono result.
Energy has not been a problem. Maybe right before my shot it would be slightly lower, this week I started getting a cold and that's kinda dragged me down so I can't really say for sure. I definitely want to get another test right before and right after.

What I meant to say regarding shooting for higher T, I mean should I continue to tweak the HCG to try to get a higher value. I dunno. My main goal is to feel good and get the ED issue resolved if possible.

No don't change hCG without your doc's consent. He used a conservative approach that yielded a surprising result. It will take a while, possibly 6-12 months for you to realize the full benefit of higher endogenous T. Your free T is high. I didn't see an SHBG result. You don't want to overshoot 30 on a men's sensitive E2 assay. Order it and the SHBG along with another full T assay from Discount if your doc can't provide it.
It's how you feel that counts. You may have low SBHG. Ultimately you and your doc may try splitting your 1,000 IU out to three days. For now though I doubt anyone would want you to mess with a protocol that is working and certainly not just to chase numbers. Upping the hCG will likely push your T higher but at what cost? So far you are sidestepping E2 issues and AI. That's a more sensible goal than higher tot T. Continue to pay attention to dietary support.
