Thanks for input,When you say 25-50mcg do you mean Lr3, in Europe it’s quite hard to get pharmaceutical grade IGF-1 but LR3 as we know can come from the peptide sellers, also real IGF-1 is very expensive allegedlyI see advertisement talking about how much better men feel on GH. I have to call BS. I feel no different unless I do too much. Example
IGF-1 may be a better choice. It is better at cell proliferation. Better at fatty acid oxidation It reduces myostatin which is a growth inhibitors and most likely causes hyperplasia of muscle cells.. It is also better at protecting cells against oxidative damage. It also helps lower blood glucose levels. You only need about 25-50mcg per day. So dollar for dollar, it is cheaper than hGH.
- Muscle gain - not unless you workout and add testosterone
- Weight loss - absolutely but it is very slow
- Better sleep - never noticed it
- Stronger, healthier muscles - if you workout and take testosterone
- Maximized weight loss ability - yes
- Increased libido/sex drive - NO WAY
- Accelerated wound healing - probably
- Rejuvenated aging skin/tissue - it helps.
Do IGF-1 serum levels mean things are going to go well? That depends on how you respond to IGF-1 levels. If you are doing bodybuilding, with testosterone IGF-1 and insulin you are going to stimulate a lot of growth. As far as life extension, I have never tried but I suspect normal to a high normal are much healthier that low.
