Looking for advice regarding trimix use

Hi,

Hoping some of the other members here will be able to help. Short overview, I'm 45, been dealing with ED and loss of libido for 12 years. Done all the tests, had TRT several times in every form, no change. Viagra and Cialis did not work, pumps and rings only minimally with much discomfort. Am now trying trimix which seems to work well now that I've found my correct dosage.

My questions are, I've found that after injecting, about 20 to 30 minutes after, I get an aching in the area of the pereneum. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and if anyone has any suggestions on how to lessen this.

The other question is when I inject into the cavernosa, within a few minutes it is working and I am erect. However, the spongiosum on the underside is still flaccid / flat. I know they say up and down not to inject anywhere else but the cavernosa, has anyone else experienced this, and is there any way to remedy this. Can one inject a small amount into the spongiosum? Would it even do anything?

Thanks all!

A. DON'T inject into the bottom, that is where your urethra is, and it won't help with an erection. The aching you feel post injecting is not uncommon, some men have it more, than others. It is probably due to the prostaglandin in the Tri Mix. I use Tri Mix too, and sometimes I ache after injecting and mostly not too much. Consider it the price of admission so to speak. You could investigate a custom compounded Tri Mix, with more of the other components, and less of the prostaglandin, or perhaps quad mix, which usually has a little less prostaglandin and adds in a little atropine.
