I need to sit down and export these studies, guidelines and papers to distribute to my GP and maybe my hormone specialist in Edmonton. I'm really sure the hormone specialist will be all that receptive, it seems they have a standard practice and do not keep up to date on guidelines or regualations. But I think my GP might be very interested.

I keep seeing my doctors swearing by the Free Testosterone test, and so I asked the lab tech that was drawing my blood two drawings ago what instrument they used. And sure enough, Alberta Precision Labs calculate Free Testosterone and do not actually test the level. The Lab tech told me that calculation was just a ballpark and it would be much better to have an instrument that could measure Free Testosterone. But trying to get this through my Specialists' heads is just insane, they started out good until I got a year in with them and now they are no better than the Endocrinologist I fired in 2018.

What you need these days is an overachiever, not many of those out there. Getting an overachiever in insurance based healthcare, in your dreams.

I thought initially my endocrinologist was because of his research interests. But he sircome to the diabetes pay system and now doesn’t champion rare hormone conditions. Eating trumps principals every time.
