Hello everyone. Just had my first round of bloodwork done after 3 months on kyzatrex (150mg BID). I totally slacked on getting it done i know it should have been sooner. Labs were taken 6.5 hours after morning dose. In any event interestingly it dropped my HDL 7 points to 57 and took 14 points off my LDL. Hemoglobin 15.9 ➙ 16.2. No change in estradiol. Sadly not much pump for testosterone 197 ➙ 224. My doc is doubling my dosage to 300mg BID which i started 2 days ago. My main issue here is it seems to have crashed my SHBG. I never gave low SHBG much thought as I always seemed to be fighting high SHBG with traditional TRT. But thanks to some reading here it seems some people are concerned with low shbg as well. and now im doubling the dosage , what will that do to my levels!! How concerned should i be with this? does anyone know how fast SHBG moves up and down in the body? given that kyzatrex rise and falls during the day between doses do you think shbg does the same? are there any long term studies on induced low shbg?
