Hello,
I received your results of cosyntropin stimulation test. It is normal.
Your testosterone level has been in high range several times in past which is causing secondary polycythemia (increased red blood cells) and predisposes you to enlarged prostate (BPH) in future.
I would suggest holding testosterone and reassessing lab- Total Testosterone in 3 months.
If your repeat total testosterone level is low, we could consider further testing including pituitary MRI.
I see you are already working with your primary regarding evaluation of underlying cause for your other symptoms.
