OMG, I do not know what to do.

The second time in row, I had erectile dysfunction. Could not hold him up for more than 1 minute and was very soft like a sponge. My brain wants it but my penis not. What is happening?

First of all, take a breath. If you are on a TRT protocol, remind us of the details. How old are you? What does your most recent lab work look like? Are you using Cialis or any of its cousins? Taking supplements? How old are you? Alcohol consumption?

Just worrying about ED will deliver ED; the psychological side to ED is one of the biggest reasons for it.

IF you are TRT get blood work done and get the Estrogen Sensitive lab.

Can you get an erection and hold it while watching porn?

And like noted above; relax!

I am 50 and I stopped taking Anastrozole because I read it will not be necessary when administer testosterone every two days. I think my estrogen is up again if you are mention this in your posts. I do not drink, smoke, or use Cialis and such and watching porn does not give me anything.

Many of us have been right where you are. There are biological reasons and psychological reasons this could happen. Likewise, there are biological solutions and psychological solutions as well. The first step is bloodwork. While you are waiting on bloodwork, consider an ED medication and, perhaps, even a constriction ring as temporary fixes. When you figure out the problem, work the solution. You will be ok.

If you dropped Anastrozole without confirmatory bloodwork, you may have been hasty. It is true that frequent injections lower the need for it, but no protocol change should be made without first obtaining lab values.

Out-of-whack estrogen levels can cause ED. Both too high and too low can be a problem. An ultrasensitive blood test will tell you for sure. If it is too high, you may have to go back to using Anastrozole.

Couldn't agree more!
It will send your head spinning.
You changed something (e2) and now have an issue. Start there. Plus all the usual tests like test, free test , shbg, e2, prolactin , dht.
But like others said , your e2 is suspect.
You could simply start back on the ai dose you were using and give it 2 weeks.

I think that your first mistake is believing taking testosterone every 2 days will eliminate the use on an AI. Not sure how much you take or T dosage, but if you had no problems with the erections before stopping the Ai, I would start taking it again...

Changing your protocol for just something you read is rather silly.....unless your self treating (bad idea) why would you change protocol without docs consent and advise

I am on every other day sub-q and still use E control meds.

ED at 50 isn't that unusual.....if E rose unexpectantly even more the reason. I would get labs done and discuss with doc new plan
