Is there no need to worry about estradiol levels?

I disagree. I’ve been doing 120 split every 3.5 days. When I added HCG of 375 IU X 3 times a week I needed a .25 AI (was prescribed 1mg but didn’t do it) to keep things in the normal range, otherwise I had a headache, felt hot and retained more water. HCG changes everything from my experience. It’s not one size fits all. That being said I like it a lot. Great #’s and feel great outside of some oily skin. Hey, you can’t have everything.

The guy is getting morning wood at 74. I’m 59 and thankful I get it. How old are you?

Osteo at 74? We’re all going to have it At 74, if we’re lucky enough to get that far. I‘ve had osteopena the precursor for the last 15 year and have felt no effects. News flash- as you age things change.
Cool. Im 17 but soon Ill be old enough to buy liquor in foreign countries. Get outta here with the News Flash Sonny talk. Research...

Go back to the previous page and check my numbers. AI’s are fine if you need them. Stop worrying about the video’s with all the extream views. Do what’s right for you.

BTW: At 17 why the hell would you ever go the test route? At 17 I could stand in front of the shower stream and shoot the sherif, as we used to say in the old days. (I shot the sherif- Clapton) Great tune.

It was an equable remark to your condescending tone. Im not 17. Im mid 40s and I got into TRT because I heard through a friend that women like TRT dick. Can still piss on a fellow human whose on fire. That’s besides the point though. Im not here to educate. You will learn though. Oh and spelling is a pat peave of myne. Turn on the spellcheck for havens sake.

Look at your earlier post. You said you‘re almost able to buy alcohol in foreign countries and you’re almost 17.

Search this guy and you will all see.

Be carefule when taking advice from this guy. He’s a kid.

He said: “Cool. Im 17 but soon Ill be old enough to buy liquor in foreign countries. Get outta here with the News Flash Sonny talk. Research...“

Check his posts And be cautious.

Guys I so appreiate the reply’s. I started T back in the day wt gels then pellets now over the last year shots. I had a bone density test and perfect results. Wt my T levels being usually in the 1100, thats on the day before my shot, which is 200 over the range, I was thinking of going down to 100 mgs which would probably bring me close to being in the physiological range and naturally lowering my E2. Does that make sense ?

Thanks man. Any other opinions on this? I want to make the right decision !

Dose reduction was part of optimization for me, necessary because of high hematocrit and symptomatic high E2. Be forewarned, reductions can be Hellish. Your body used to higher levels may experience what amounts to withdrawl (essentially the symptoms of low T on steroids). Sure did for me. I went from 150 incrementally to 84mg/week over many many months. Felt like hell for those same many months, but the end point was worth the trouble. I still needed to add a tiny tiny amount of anastrozole after all of that. Quite happy these days with the protocol endpoint.

If you felt like hell for the many months that you were tapering how did you know when to stop? Did the symptoms finally go away when you reached that dose? and how long did you wait before you knew not to go lower?

It was a pattern of reducing, waiting a couple weeks for the real discomfort to kick in then waiting it out for about 2 months before deciding on whether to try going even lower. At about 8 weeks I would start stabilizing at that lower level. I eventually did overshoot and did not get better after waiting, then bumped back up to where I felt OK. Subsequently tried again to lower by only 1mg/dose, but 24mg EOD (84mg/week) is the lowest dose that maintains a positive effect. I was also playing cat and mouse with randomly moving PSA as high as 9.2 which was cause to try to find the lowest effective dose, but turned out my prostate issue was a unicorn caused by leukemia.

It takes me 2-3 months after dose adjustments to feel my body has fully settled into that dosage.
