Did you get anywhere with this? I am a new patient with Defy and went thru Access Labs and Concentra Urgent Care in Burlington VT. for full labs. The $299 prepaid Defy form was fine. I am also in upstate NY (Saratoga Area) and had the same issue with Labcorp. I heard of the issues in NY with Labcorp but didn't try either. My patient coordinator ordered the lab kit thru Access labs and was sent to my home, then made the appointment with Concentra in Burlington and just handed them the kit. no issues...
