My estrogen was a bit above range. I didn't feel anything good or bad. My doctor put me on a low dose AI (0.25mg x2 week) and it crashed my estrogen. I didn't feel bad with crashed estrogen either but I know that it also isn't good for me. I guess I need to choose between having an irritated prostate or having low bone density but estrogen doesn't seem to affect me in any way that I can feel (which is probably uncommon). If your estrogen is high, you'd feel off
Likewise if it's low.
Numbers come after how you feel. I know when my estrogen is high, i feel emotional and like westersn say, a lil bitchh lol! For me, low shbg guy, I need low 20s estradiol for T levels of 500-700
Doctors that try to fit same shoe size on everyone are no good, TRT is a game of trial and error
My PSA is in range but a bit high for a 47 year old (1.7) so I think that is why he wanted to avoid irritating it. After the labs showed it crashed, he took me off the AI because he said he'd rather it be too high than too low.
