I'm a newbie, but by reading this forum and reading Jay Campbell's TOT, I decided to begin TRT by injecting daily low dose to try to circumvent the estrogen problem. When I take my first follow-up labs, if I have an estrogen issue then I will address. But at least I tried.

So you had high e2 symptoms and they just went away with taking an AI?

You meant without? Yes, but it took time. Body adjusted. I used tiny doses of ai less and less often.
