I need some serious help with ED

So I am an unregulated diabetic (the meds really do a number on me) and within the last year I have suffered from ED. I tried the strongest possible script meds Sildenafil 110mg, Tadalafil 22mg, Apomorphine 3mg and it HELPS!! if I add an over the counter one from CVS it assists that even more but still not fully hard.

Morning wood however is.. oddly.

Note when I took that plus the over the counter it made my heart beat really fast like I assume (never drank one) an Energy drink BUTTT worth it!!! lol

My girl says shes OK with it and understands but... how many times can I go down lol

Any suggestions? what can I do? know of anything stronger? TRT maybe? I was looking into that for awhile now for working out anyway.. im willing to try anything I mean I'd RATHER not put a needle in the you know where but..

Thanks for your help!!!! any and all suggestions are appreciated

TRT is no guarantee for ED but you can certainly get some bloodwork done and see if you're in need. Don't be afraid of a Trimix injection. It's honestly not that big of a deal and you're practically guaranteed a three hour erection.

it gets injected like directly in?
Yes, it works amazingly well with no side effects. The PDE5 inhibitors work fine for me, but I got sick of the GERD, stuffy nose and headaches. I actually use Bi-mix, because it doesn't need to be refrigerated and Tri-Mix often lasts too long (3+ hours).

do you feel what im taking now is the strongest of the oral forms? or is there another level I can try before the shot?
The only thing I can think of that would make that stack stronger would be yohimbine, which can have some harsh side effects in terms of anxiety, insomnia, increased heart rate and blood pressure. I would just get some tri-mix if I were you. Once you get over the injection fear, which only takes a couple of injections, you will be so glad to leave the oral meds behind. This works much better, much faster, and without side effects.

P.S. do something about the diabetes, because that's going to end your life very early if ignored. I would suggest a keto or carnivore diet.

yohimbine you think are stronger then scripts?

It's not stronger, it's just a different class of medication than the PDE5 inhibitors and the dopamine agonist, to hit the problem from another angle. I'm not recommending it, because the benefit/side effect ratio is not favorable in most cases.

First, I agree with Funk. Chronically high blood sugar will destroy your body and even if something on the ED fronts works, it won't for very long until you get your blood sugar under control which there are many ways to do. Beyond that, DHEA is helpful for some people, and I am a big believer in a low dose (e.g. 100-300mcg) of PT-141 several times per week. If you want a short-term fix, the shots are the way to go as Funk says. However, the body is an amazingly complex system and to stay healthy you have to address every pathway you possibly can including Vitamins and Minerals (some people get a boost form Vitamin C) and activity ( I find that HITT makes a noticeable difference.) If by "meds" you mean metformin, use a low dose (250-500mg before a meal with carbs) but keep the carbs down.
