For how long have you been doing this Gene? I have used Caber with some success too, but I don't like the idea of dopamine agonist withdrawal syndrome (DAWS), so I stay of it.
I found that using pramipexole intermittently (if you can handle the sides) made a huge difference in terms of motivation and libido. It is really hard to find a dosage (and getting used to it) with the side effects it provides though.
You essentially have to do a dopamine detox. You can look it up but it basically means nothing enjoyable for a specified amount of time. Not even music.How do we increase dopamine sensitivity or the amount of receptors ?

Also, Ice baths ... the literature is pretty solid that ice baths in the morning can give a steady rise in dopamine through the day. 2) Eat foods rich in the amino acid tyrosine. Your body uses tyrosine to produce dopamine. Foods rich in tyrosine include bananas, eggs, yogurt, watermelon, cherries and meats. Supplements are also available but it's probably safer to increase your natural sources of tyrosine; there is no recommended daily allowance for amino acids.
3) Reduce your intake of caffeine, which stimulates the liver to dump large doses of glycogen (sugar) into the bloodstream.
4) Decrease your stress, which also affects dopamine's actions in the body.
5) Get plenty of sleep. During sleep, your brain tackles many tasks, including dopamine production and reception. Sleep heals.
6) Eat a diet rich in antioxidants, Dopamine is easily oxidized; antioxidants combat this. Foods include: Blueberries, nuts, sweet potatoes, purple grapes, dark green veggies, and whole grains. Taking a multivitamin rich in antioxidants works as well.
7) Increase your magnesium intake, Low levels or deficient levels of magnesium can lead to lower levels of dopamine. Foods rich in magnesium include beans, fish, seeds (especially flaxseeds), leafy greens, yogurt, and bananas. You can take a magnesium supplement as well.
If you're addicted to porn, your brain is accustomed to receiving dopamine from porn and doesn't produce optimal levels of dopamine by itself. If you want to minimize this dependency on porn, you need to train your brain so it naturally produces dopamine without stimulation.
