How to improve penile sensitivity?

I have sensitivity problems and HCG does nothing for me (500x2) except give me bad bacne, even with e2 in range.

I guess I’ll reply since I did years ago. I couldn’t get HCG for months until recently, it caused me to crash my e2 since I kept my same anastrozzle dose out of fear of a gyno flare up since I’ve always had a tiny lump. I stopped anastrozzle, let my e2 rebound. Did bloodwork, and I was at 40 e2 and 1100 total t without HCG and an ai. Had good errections but mediocre sensitivity.
Now I’m 6 weeks into the same dose of test with 500 HCG 2x weekly… sensitivity is there, libido is insane… no anastrozzle or estrogen related side effects.

I’m done with anastrozzle! If I get estrogen sides I’ll use it for a week (maybe) but I’ll drop my testosterone dose and then drop the anastrozzle again. If I can feel good at 800 total t vs 1100 that’s what I’ll do.

300 extra ng of testosterone won’t exactly make a difference in the gym all I care about is how I feel… and I feel my best when my libido is insane.

For me TRT adds tremendous penis sensitivity.
I have restarted several times and sensitivity drops way off.
I like the extra sensitivity as its easy to pop up on demand!

What’s ur full protocol, do u use HCG, an ai, preg or DHEA?

100mg weekly.
No AI.
DHEA is low but I can't tolerate it.

Does anybody know if TRT improves penile sensitivity? My sensitivity has gone way down after I was forced off HCG monotherapy earlier this Spring. So far the sensitivity has not returned on TRT. I just started adding HCG to my protocol again, but I'm only two shots in. What causes the loss in penis sensitivity? I don't have diabetes, high cholesterol or blood pressure. I realize libido is a complex thing, but I'm holding out hope that somehow that will re-emerge, but for now is there anything I can take that will improve sensitivity? Do ED medicines help with that?

Try Pt 141 is an amazing peptide make you super horny and with i lot of libido.

I had the same experience. Very unpredictable and not worth it for me.

Stanazolol for me, adds sensitivity.

Two stanazolol tabs (30mg total) within an hour eliminates any "numb" dick feeling after too many orgasms in a day. Dick is super pleasurable again to even light touch.

Probably the rapid rise to high blood levels of the synthetic DHT.

Note: The context of the above is when stanazolol is used as a "party drug". No idea how well this works used regularly or daily, and that kind of use is probably not safe

Honestly I can't say. Doubt it could lower E2 that fast.

Its probably a massive spike of the compound in the blood, being a DHT based compound, perhaps stimulates receptors in the penis/brain. There may be some doperminergic action happening too, with reduced prolactin as a result. Most likely a combination of all this.

The above was fully pulled out of my hat, pure speculation.

I have been dealing with this a ton recently. I also use Trimix, so I have that added variable. But here is where I'm at as of last test a few months ago:

T: 1137 (at the low)
E: 38
SHBG: 38.1

I do 140 per week, split into two shots, sub-q, every 3.5 days. I also do HCG 2x a week, though I think when that test was happening, I was on Gonadorelin instead of HCG.

I do not take an AI.
Edit: I do take 5mg Cialis every night

Is my T too high? Does that kill the libido/sensitivity too? I can literally pound my wife for an hour and I'm not going to shoot. I usually have to finish by hand since I am so insensitive.

I have the same issue.
I am lowering my testosterone dose to see if it does work. My labs are close to yours.
Maybe may high estradiol is not helping I am not sure starting tomorrow going back to EOD with but with 16mg Testosterone instead of 20mg.

Depends on why sensitivity is lacking. I found restoring vitamin D above 30 to greatly increase penis sensitivity, because with low levels there is zero sensitivity.

I’ve had issues with penis sensitivity where I could go on forever but had a hard time reaching orgasm. What I discovered in my situation that when this occurred it seems to be due to high estradiol. Therefore, when I start to notice this I take .25mg anastrozole and the problem resolves. Most of the time I have excellent penis sensitivity.

I’ll add that I keep my testosterone level at the top of the range.
