How to avoid rise in HCT?

Same here, but the finger stick for me is always much higher.

Yes, I can’t remember if it was lower or higher but defiantly was close.

I decreased my testosterone dose to 20mg eod and hct stabilized around 49.
But hemoglobin still went up a bit.
Now I have reduced it further and anxiety is much less now. Better over all

Testing this lower dose to see how it goes. Time will tell.

I stopped this testing as. Had to travel and decided to stop hcg. As this trip is a it long.
Which has giving me the time to test my protocol without hcg.I feel I should have tested testosterone alone without hcg Long time back. until now I feel much better but I would talk about this more once I give it enough time.
Been 2 to 3 weeks without hcg. Morning wood daily. I will talk about it later.

Regarding hematocrit I went back to 20mg I hope if I lowered it my protocol would be as good. Bottom line I have no answer yet still testing but for sure lowering dose stabilized hematocrit.
