@Julius Fortes : The Crisler HCG protocol you are referring to is obsolete. He changed his mind about it and no longer recommended it years ago. Should Men on Testosterone Test Their Free Estradiol ?

However, the idea of daily dosing small amounts has also been challenged by Nelson, referred to on this very thread: How does 125IU of HCG ED affect hormones production while on TRT?

just my anecdotal after a week on 125IU daily, my orgasm seems improved, libido, erection and penis sensitivity to some degree as well, no gain in testicle size, I think my mood improved as well. I was also on a trip for a few days though, I will see what happens this week that I'm back home with the usual routine

FWIW as an anecdote of N=1, My current 160mg EOD definitely does prevent some testicular atrophy, but does not provoke E2 SEs. At 180iu EOD, I get E2 sides.

Unfortunately HCG never did anything for my upstream or downstream hormones. I've run up to 500iu EOD alongside trt and also as a monotherapy, yet my cortisol, progesterone, 17-OH Prog and DHEA were always below range; coming off trt restores all four to normal. It did, however, send my prolactin 4x above top of the range, which completely destroyed all sensitivity downstairs.
