Guys with low inflammation (measured by CRP) don't show much of a difference between ECLIA and LC/MS estradiol testing methods.

If that's all you can get, I definitely would go with it.

Any idea how much time after starting HCG should we test for serum DHEAs and Estradiol to see if it has made any difference ?

How much time should we wait to have labs after adding in HCG. I always like to wait at least 12 weeks before doing labs, so that's what I recommend for you.
