How Delicate is Reconstituted HCG?

How delicate is reconstituted HCG? I know this question has been answered with respect to HCG powder. And supposedly reconstituted peptides such as GLP-1s and HGH are not as delicate as widely thought.

But is this true for reconstituted HCG?

I don't think anyone can give you an accurate answer to this. You would have to at least run an experiment where you make two vials of hCG and shake one, drop it...whatever, while the other one remains undisturbed, and then test both samples.

I don't think anyone has run that experiment.

Anecdotally I've heard a lot of people say that even though pharma specs for hCG are that it should retain 99%+ potency for up to 8 weeks, the reality is that it loses potency much faster than that.

I haven't noticed that personally but my runs with hCG had so many ups and downs that it's hard (impossible) to isolate variables, and I would question anyone's judgement who claims any degree of certainty in that regard.

If anything in general the expiration dates on pharmaceuticals are purposely pessimistic. For example guidelines for pierced vials of Test are 28 days before discarding. I've used Testosterone that was 2-3 years old in a half-used vial and based on lab results it still had the same potency, so I would expect that to hold for hCG as well.

As far as fragility, just going by common sense and what it turns out to be for other medications (GH as you mentioned, also Testosterone with temperature, etc...), I would expect hCG to follow the same pattern and be less fragile than claimed.

Again though, no way of knowing unless you'we willing to run those experiments, and even then you'd need to be really close to the lab; shipping to Jano somewhere in Europe wouldn't be a great experiment if you're testing hCG's resilience to shocks, changes in temperature, etc...

Personally, I don't think it's that delicate. I mix it, keep it in the fridge and for 10 plus years now. I've had zero issues with HCG.

I never shake the vial even after mixing it. I just let it sit in the fridge until I'm ready to use it.

How long will you use a vial for once it's mixed? Have you ever noticed a decrease in potency over time?
You're using reliablerx, not pregnyl right?

i use reliablerx (all brands there). i think there is some degradation. after mixing it and injecting i always feel a boost pretty strong. increase in libido, warm balls etc. then weeks pass and this definitely seems to diminish. my protocol is T 210mg/week HCG 3x1200IU/week

However, you’re using it as an adjunct to TRT. I doubt you’d notice a 10-20% decrease. I use it as HCG mono, in which case such a decrease could lead to a 10-20% decrease in T levels, which could be more noticeable.

Yes I'm on daily injections of testosterone and hcg every 3rd day.

I will say that after reading this I started buying HCG in smaller amounts 2000 & 5000 IUS vs 10k and therefore reducing the time that i am leaving reconstituted vials sitting around.

great find thx! it totally makes sense to use it up within a month. at my dosing of 3600IU/week i should be done by 3 weeks with the 10k vial. btw I'd never would run such dosing if not reliablerx pricing.

Yeah, no doubt. I was always trying to buy biggest possible to save $ and reconstitute less often but after reading that I'm going to start buying smaller amts. Good read, thanks.
