Hello everyone,
Desperate for some help. I’m 23 years old. I’ve been bodybuilding for 8 years, and started competing at 21. I was going to compete at regionals this summer before everything happened.
I was on a test only cycle around June and started to get some gyno symptoms. All I had on me was letrozole, so my coach had me take a few doses over a 2 week period (maybe 5-8 2.5mg doses). Since then, my life’s completely fallen apart. I developed horrible fatigue so bad I could barely function and get out of bed. Really severe brain fog and memory loss, making it nearly impossible to continue school and work. I lost 30-40 lbs of muscle (was 240, now I’m low 200’s and way softer than I was at 240). Absolutely no libido (not just ED, but I can’t even imagine being attracted to anyone). Muscle twitching, blurry vision at times, tinnitus. My entire drive and desire for living and anything in life is just completely gone. Another weird one is I don’t react to alcohols/nicotine/caffeine normally. I don’t feel them at all, no matter how much I try. My head is like a clouded blank void. I can’t plan things, can’t make decisions, can’t think of things to say. I feel like I went from being a man to a disabled child in a matter of weeks. I won’t bore you, but there’s a multitudes of other symptoms. These developed right after taking that AI. It’s been 8-9 months since those few letro doses, and nothing has improved AT ALL.
I tried going off cycle and naturally healing (gave that about 5 months. No improvement. I’ve tried different diets, extended fasting, many different supplements, HCG, and TRT. Absolutely nothing I take or do has the slightest effect. I started test cyp about a month ago at 300mg/wk and can’t feel a thing. Might as well be injecting olive oil.
It seems to me like I have symptoms of absolutely crushed e2, but bloodwork is all in normal range (yes I’ve gotten bloodwork done multiple times and estrogen is always in range/towards top of the range).
I read a thread on here today about someone having the exact same symptoms a year+ after crushing his e2. He said he recovered from estradiol Valerate injections. I’m planning on trying this next, because I literally have nothing to lose (or estrogen pills, if you think that’s a better option)?
I would appreciate anyone’s help. I’m really desperate here. And if someone actually has a “cure” for this and it works, I will pay a lot lol. Thanks for reading.
