Hcg

If taking TRT and in a good place then decide to add HCG and it increases T then does that mean that having more T could elevate Estrodial levels ? Thanks

I think estrogen levels have more to do with our lifestyles, so many people are overweight. Too many big bellies. When I started TRT I also started HCG, thankfully up to this point I've never had a problem with estrogen. But it seems like many people do.

YES, the logical pathway would be for a higher rate of Testosterone -> Estrogen conversion, "IF" serum levels start climbing, and your program is not balanced.

The impact of HCG, with endogenous production is different with everyone, so it's something YOU need to evaluate as/if you integrate it into your protocol. It just depends on how receptive your leydigs are. Referring to your initial diagnosis of 'Primary' or 'Secondary' is a good starting point.

For me, total test serum levels are about the same if ..
1) 200mg/week of cypionate ONLY (administered 100mg x 2)
-or-
2) 120mg/wk (2 x 60mg) AND 250iu x 3 of HCG

So, essentially for me, a 40% drop in the cypionate protocol, and implementing the HCG regiment will achieve approx. the SAME total serum levels, as if I were just administering cypionate only at 200mg week (+/- a bit, plus factoring when labs are drawn, etc.).

Chis very interesting, I guess I should note I've only had one functioning testicle. My whole life, so I guess HCG would affect me differently?

Correct Vince, your situation is a perfect example of why/how HCG will be a different experience, compared to others with two (2) functioning testicles, or say someone that is completely Primary, where HCG wouldn't have any impact on endogenous production. Even with both testicles functioning, the productivity of each one could be different. Kind of like the eyes, everyone will have variances when comparing to others.
