HCG to Restore Sperm Volume While on T

So since I started TRT my LH and FSH crashed hard. Despite the fact that I don't have any considerable testicular shrinkage my sperm volume has decreased immensely, maybe even by 80% per cent. Also sometimes I find it difficult to orgasm and when I have sex or masturbate even the smallest amount of pre seminal fluid seems to make my erection softer (sorry for the graphic desrciption).

I was talking HCG 1000 iu per week split in 3 doses but I stopped because it didn't seem to do anything for my sperm volume. My last lab results after quiting showed a great decrease in progesterone and DHEA-S and I think not using HCG is to blame for that.

Anyway, my doctor told me to stop TRT and use 5.000 iu of HCG for a month to incease volume. Is it possible that I can achieve that while being on TRT?

most of the upper end of HCG use while on T is 500iu two if not three times per week. How are you measuring sperm volume. And once you go on T, LH/FSH are going to be zero, not clear from your post if you understand that that's how it works.

You should post your labs, age and why you want more sperm. I think you have other issues.

I'm 30 years old. I can't post my full labs cause I'm from Greece and the values are in greek so tell me what you want to know and I'll post it. What other issues you think I have?

I'm sorry I'm not a native speaker. The amount of sperm I produce when I have an orgasm is very low since I started TRT.

The amount I make is a lot less also, when I cum it feels like a lot of sperm. I'm 62, the lady's like less and I'm done making babys. 30 is a different story.

Do you have a difficulty achieving an orgasm or dull orgasms?

I've been on TRT for 5 weeks. I was on HCG monotherapy prior to this. I have continued on with the HCG @ 500iu twice per week.

Before I started down this road as my T got lower and lower my ejaculate began to get thicker and "stringier" which I assumed was sperm. The semen remained normal just had the added weirdness too it. Since I have boosted my T (at least I think I have! Have not had my first blood test since starting the ex-T) the gelatinous stringy stuff has faded and the whole ejaculate is much more like normal. The volume has not decreased at all. In fact, I think since I started on HCG a while ago that the volume has increased a bit but this is purely by visuals I have not measured the quantity in any way.

Unless you are concerned about fertility, which you've not mentioned so far. What does it matter? You a porn star?

I'm lucky I have very good orgasms, maybe too good.

Donovan, I also have the same issues . In my case it ended up being the beta blockers I started taking for my heart. They decrease sensitivity and volume for sure in me. Cialis has helped a bit but I too am not 30, closer to 50. Some of this can be age related but 30 is still young. Are you recently doing any other new meds?
