Hi jack..what were the benefits you noticed taking 2 IUs a day from HGH? Are you still taking it? I’m assuming it’s pharma grade quality..I’m 54 years and very interested in its anti aging/ health benefits at 2 IUs a day..

your personal experience would be appreciated..

I take 2 IU Norditropin 5x weekly. I've noticed changes in eye sight . Increased fat loss. Better elasticity in my skin. Better exercise recovery times. An overall feeling of well being. Just as we replace Testosterone as we age, I feel it's just as important to replace HGH. Aging i feel is caused primarily from loss of hormones. I have a doc here that scripts for a shoulder issue I have. It's just so expensive in the states. Best way is to take a short vacation to an anti-aging clinic in Mexico. Federal law states it is legal to bring back 50 “dose units” with a Mexican doc legal script. Have Mexican doc write script for 4 IU daily and you can bring back 720 IU legally. Any Mexican doc will write script. HGH sold over the counter in Mexico, no script necessary. However, Mexican doc script is necessary to legally bring back to the states. Price 30% of US price.

Serostim is king. Its the only HGH that can be stored in room temp. All others will be compromised if not kept and shipped on ice. BTW, 191aa HGH is all the same. If its real pharma that is.

Once reconstituted, you must refrigerate. Lasts 14days. If you use the sterile water that it comes with, Serostim only lasts 1 day. Serostim is the same as Saizen ingredient wise. Except that Saizen comes with bacteriostatic water.

What else do you supplement with hormone wise? And what doses? 3 months ago I started Testosterone enanthate, 50mg, subq, 2Xs weekly and have definitely noticed an improvement..Do you think supplementing and adding HGH would make a difference? What were your IGF 1 levels pre and post HGH therapy? My IGF 1 is 130 right now..

Funny that you mention eye sight. For the 1st time in many years, I had to downgrade the prescription for my contact lenses. Eye sight did improve. For me personally, I can have my T levels in the bucket and HGH will still have me feeling great every single day.

What i would REALLY like to get a technical answer on is the impact of the different manufacturing processes to make growth hormone. As an example Humatrope Uses E. coli, which is modified by addition of the human growth hormone gene in its manufacturing process whereas Serono make Serostim and Saizen both of which are manufactured with the use of the mammalian cell expression system (C127 mouse cells).

Humatrope MUST be kept refrigerated at ALL times before AND after reconstitution. Saizen & Serostim only need t be refrigerated after reconstitution.

So is one manufacturing process superior to the other? Does the human body absorb it, process it differently? Up to now, i've really only heard bro science in regards to this.

What brand GH were you prescribed? I'm curious where the whole 5 on 2 off started. GH can be run everyday.

My guess is that they also told you to take the 1.5 iu in the morning all at once.

Norditropin. No. There really isn’t any type of study showing which dosing schedule works best. I chose the 5 and 2 protocol. My doctor usually prescribes 1.5-2 IUs 6 days on and 1 day off. I chose this for cost vs benefits. I have read other people doing the 5 and 2 schedule and have experienced benefits from it. I’ll run it for 6 months and see how I feel. At least I can compare it to the MK677.

As for taking it in the AM, the doctor didn’t care when I took it..he just told me to pick a time that worked best for me. So I take it first thing in the AM when I get up..it’s just more convenient for me..

No..Its an "off label" prescription and it costs $300.00 per month.I use the 10mg norditropin flexpen. Its already pre mixed and i just use the disposable syringes provided, dial the dose and inject..Very easy.It can also be kept at room temp for up to 4 weeks after first use.Great if you travel. So I have been on Test Enanthate for 4 months and now starting HGH. we will see how I feel and how the 3 month bloodwork looks. I know prior to starting test my blood pressure was 120/75 (always had lower blood pressure) and after 3 months on test my blood pressure went up to 135/85? Doc says that he has seen this happen. the doc also said said that he has seen HGH lower blood pressure on some of his patients. I guess I will find out in February.

That is incorrect. You cannot get back into the states with drugs and a script from a Mexican doctor. It must be from an American Doctor. I've asked this question to US Customs 100 times and I even asked it again last week when i was in Tijuana and crossed back into the USA.

That said, what are you planning on buying in Mexico for growth? Because unless it's Saizen, you will have to bring it back refrigerated e.g. Humatrope.
