Been diagnosed with low Total since Nov 14. 2 follow up blood tests confirmed in Dec and Mar 15. Uro said my low of 231 was ok since my free of 8 was in range, which seems to be a common occurrence from what I have read of other posts.

I made dietary and exercise changes and my latest TT was 250ish and FT was 11.2 while my blood fat profile improved.

I have my first consult with Defy Medical today.

Good consultation. Dr. Crisler corroborated the use of 12.5 mg Clomid as a conservative starting point with the opinion of my URO. I am also trying DHEA in conjunction. Follow up labs in a month. We both agreed I don't need T given my age.

Changes I made back in November to my diet and exercise have already improved my numbers related to T and blood fats. My libido is back up, my weight is down (330 to 306), and my strength is back up again in the squat and deadlift.

Focus and motivation have returned.

I'm confident Defy will help be keep trucking.
