Ferritin Declining While on TRT

Testosterone can drastically reduce hepcidin. In my opinion you should consider reducing your dosage. If you embark in the every 2-3 months blood donation schedule your ferritin will go to zero (or close too) and you might end up high iron saturation (like in hematochromatosis). Supplementing with iron can help but will also help increase HCT. You have to find a testosterone dosage that allows your body to reach iron homeostasis again.
