Cholesterol and triglycerides were slight increased. Thus you are right, metabolic syndrome was not manifested.
In the context that my nutrition was healthy and I did regularly exercise, I should have called it metabolic disegulation or showing signs of moving towards metabolic syndrome.

Not to hijack the thread, but what sort of cardio have you had best results with?

I ask as I've been lifting steady for several years now and have recently cleaned up my diet, however, I still feel like my metabolism is in very bad shape. While I'm not obese, I do have (medicated) high blood pressure, visceral fat, and low energy/endurance, and am out of breath quickly after any amount of activity other than anaerobic resistance training.

I feel it is time to add proper cardio, and my goals are fat loss and heart health while retaining the muscle I've put on.

I have a feeling that 45 minutes every morning fasted with a whey chaser is exactly the kind of thing I should consider, so HGH or otherwise, what have people had success with cardio exercise wise?
