All of the drugs you have list I have used in the past for fat loss. I would not use T3 unless you are not on at least 250mg of test as it will strip too much muscle. Low dose HGH works well 2iu every day with fasted morning cardio 45mins for 8-12 weeks and follow the cardio up with 2 scoops of whey protein in water. wait about 2 hours after that before eating a meal.

Have used cardarine but only found it good for improved endurance meaning needing less rest time between working set and boost in cardio work.

Clenbuterol is great. I will do it for 5 weeks M-F (5on 2off) deal.
Increase the dose each week 40mcg-80mcg-120mcg last 3 weeks

The best results I have had it to stack 250mg-500mg of test with 50mcg t3 and use clen as outlined above.

My question was seriously about the amount of increased fat metabolism and not about suggestions on general dosing protocols.

I have done keto diet for almost two years, and it worked well for me in terms of fat loss and strength. When I transitioned back to low carb and standard diet I got a fat rebound, probably because I didn't watch my calorie anymore.

On keto I only lost fat when I strictly limited and progressively reduced my calorie intake.

I'm now doing interval fasting and minimal calorie intake, around 800-1000kcal below my maintenance.
Standard HGH 2iu protocol which makes tired on top of sluggishness from little calorie intake.
I will add a thermogenic stimulant to get more mental energy and to increase fat metabolism. Instead of one compound I plan to achieve synergies by combining several compounds of low dose.
That's nothing new and I can of course experiment and monitor my calories and measure subcutaneous fat and body weight.
One can find scientific articles about HGH, clenbuterol et on fat metabolism mechanistics but I couldn't find quantitative evaluations, i.e. how much more lipolysis etc.

I have more mental drive and 'happiness when I'm consuming carbs.
My bad fat rebound was probably also due to metabolic syndrome from antidepressiva and sleep meds. Unfortunately my T deficiency wasn't diagnosed until my joints started to hurt. TRT helped a lot but I still need a bit of antidepressiva and sleep med. I tried everything to avoid it completely but that's life, it's often a trade off. Getting good sleep and mental health has top priority for me.
Now I want to reduce visceral and subcutaneous fat in order to improve my T/E ratio or at least check what impact it really has on the E2 level. Also I really felt super bloated due to lot of visceral fat accumulation .

For me cardio doesn't do anything for fat loss without calorie monitoring. Now I have of course increased my cardio, walking everyday 5-7km, around 1h.
Yea won't do much I cover over 15000 thousand steps at work still need to do about 45mins of 120-130bpm to actually get benefits
 
TMG/Betaine has fat loss properties. Choline/Inositol may help with visceral fat. A low dose of metformin may help. Anything which is a mitochondrial "uncoupler" may help (that's how DNP works) but can come with other issues, nicotine being a good example.

I do SC HGH 2iu and tiredness hits me like clockwork around 4h afterwards. If what I feel is the gh peak, makes me wonder if cardio would best around that time. I guess IM HGH peaks much sooner.
Did you use SC or IM for HGH?

i tried cardarine - cause paradoxical reaction - felt like hell, could not lift from couch.
carnitine is good, especially injectable. oral works to, i use car-l-tartate, but you need higher doses and it causes GI issues at some level
i tried linorma t3 - felt like shit, revved/anxious, would not do again
now I use NDT which has a mild boosting effect, but i stay away from synthetic t3
you obviously know diet/exercise shit, for me an animal based works best, no keto. red meat + all carbs from fruit/honey. works wonders. somehow starches puff me up and stall my fat loss

I made my own. i have instructions somewhere. yes - some people say this is crazy lol.
