I had been doing fine then in a short period of time I lost sensation and orgasm. I had my E2 checked and it was something like 58. I’d never seen it that high. It’s usually around 20-30. I took arimidex, probably around 1.5mg m, I hadn’t been using much at all. Within two days my sex was back full force. Some time later it happened again and arimidex solved the problem again. I didn’t have bloodwork done. Otherwise I’m not really using any Arimidex.I suspected that it could be E2 related. I am at 35 right now. I started at like 6 or 7. When I was at 65 to 70 I was almost 100% impotent - so I know it does affect me.
I am at a cross roads right now with treatment. I was going to increase dosage on the next shot day (Sunday) but now I have a possible kidney problem that we need to explore. If it's related to the TRT I may have to stop it. That means my life is basically over. I felt like hell on earth before I started TRT.
I don’t understand how testosterone could possibly adversely affect the kidneys.
