no no...not lower it from 19, I just expected it to be lower is all. I'm wanting to let it rise and reduce my Anastrozole dose in an effort to see if my ED symptoms are low E2 related. Make more sense?

Makes a lot more sense. I just had visions of you lowering E2 to a point of misery.

So I've been off (on my own) from Anastrozole for 9 days and today, I feel like crap. Mind is all over the place, angry, irritable, foggy, confused, it's been a long day. I wanted to come off of it for a week so I could get a clean restart with those Estradiol tests, looks like I'm going to require it.

Since those tests, I've increased TCyp 75mg > 97.5mg E3.5D.

Question: is there an opinion on this dosing: .25mg 24hrs post injection, so, .5mg TOTAL per 7 days = TOO LITTLE??? It's that or E3D.

I'd also like to know what anyone thinks of my low(ish) Prolactin. I'm reading an ED relation but not seeing anything for therapy/treatment/raising Prolactin.

You have high hematocrit. This can cause cardiovascular issues and worsen sleep apnea. Please go donate some blood and do not focus so much on estradiol at your TRT dose.

I would also get a full thyroid profile in case. TSH,free T3 and T4, reverse T3 and antibodies. Chris can chime in with more details.

Your prolactin, T and E2 are fine.

Are you taking any other meds? How is your sleep and stress?

I did sir, donated a pint plus four tubes two days ago, Saturday. Ill work the thyroid tests I know I had some values but they're nearly a year old when I was working with my general physician but they were "in range" as best I recall.

The only test from October this year had: T3, Free @ 3.7 (2.3 -4.2 pg/mL from Quest).

My other (prescribed meds) is acyclovir @ 400mg 2x daily (daily herpes therapy)

My circadian rhythm has migrated to about 8pm to 4am, I'm not pleased with that, I've always been an up early with no alarm clock kind of person it's just shifted back about an hour the past year. I've always been an 8hrs kind of guy, too. I don't feel stressed, normal work, private life is very quiet and free of conflict.

I want to be less concerned about Estradiol, hopefully take less Anastrozole, I feel, physically, like I'm too low on Estrogen.
