does anyone use L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1)

I have been using it for over 6 months and when I first started using it would only take on training days 6 grams pre-workout...........pumps and stamina are definitely improved. Eventually I started taking it everyday religiously at 2 grams 3x/day on non training days as there are many other benefits regarding cardiovascular health.....feel it is even more effective if you consume everyday. Buy 1KG bag at 6 grams/day should last quite some time.
