I started mixing citrulline Malate, beta alinine, creatine hci and bcaas before my morning workouts and honestly don’t feel a big difference in performance vs days I don’t supplement. Everyone responds differently though. I am on TRT as wellI use Citrulline all the time, daily, mixed with Arginine and Citrulline, a mod of Gene's "stack" and then as my own home brewed preworkout...absolutely works as intended.
