Men im new Using Trimix . Why is pre and post injection masturbation key? Do you mean after masturbation inject trimix? Why? What is post injection masturbation?

I think I may have had a bad batch it was my 1st vial .So as directed a consultant to start with a dose of .20 which was my 1st shot. Worked very well ,with in seconds it did its job. 2-3 hours is was firm not rock solid. So my second shot up the dose to .30 seeing if i could get rock solid , no dice ...... firm yes ..... I have up the dose to ,.40 -.50 i may have had a few mis hits on injections but over all i have had a 20 25 % success rate with my 1st vial and still trying to figure out my correct dosage. My 1st 2 shots where the best ones ...... Why does a bad batch happen? And It aches and hurts .Can the formulation be adjusted so my friend wont ache?

I've found with Trimix the longer I've used it the better the results and the less I've needed. I've gone to 50% of what was prescribed dosage with very good results.

Dont give up too quick. It's awesome when used right

Yes, you could have gotten a formula that was not mixed nor compounded correctly.

I switched Doctor's for just this reason.

First vial was valhalla...the second, third and fourth all didn't work.

Found a new Doc and it's back to valhalla.

Talk to your Doctor about your results and he can work with the Pharmacist to dial your trimix in.

BTW, upping the dose only will prolong the erection not make it any firmer that's why you were getting the ach as you were overdosing.

Call you Doc and get dialed in.

i take a modified genes stack. 5mg of Cilais and Doxasosin along with other supplements

Works ok alone but really good with trimix as needed.

My experience with Trimix is similar in that I never get a rock hard erection, but one that on a scale of 1 to 10 is maybe a 7 or an 8 that lasts far longer than needed like an hour or an hour and a half.

What I would really like would be a harder erection with a shorter duration.

what dose? what ratio of papaverine and postaglandins? Have you tried Quadmix?

It is from Defy Medical and the label says, 30mcg/30mg/1mg/ml 0.1-0.2ml. Dose is 10 IU for first injection. last time I used it I did 20 IU and it was no better in hardness, just lasted like 2 hours instead of 1 hour.

I mean, it "works" but more firmness and less duration would be a lot better for me. I have not tried Quadmix yet. That and maybe its just me, but I need to inject it like 10 minutes beforehand, not just before, as it takes a while to kick in.

It's the postaglandin that controls hardness as it holds back the Venus blood flow.

Ask to up the PGE to 100 mcg and see if that does the trick.

When it comes to Trimix, it's easy to get close to the mark but the astute ED Physician knows how to really dial the formula into perfection.

What I have noticed is lack if shelf life with it. Prior trimix from other compounder seemed to retain its potency for a much greater time period. Defy's mix seem to loose some potency within 45 days.

I have a new vial now Will see if same things occurs or not. may have just been an anomolly with this particular vial.....but I would be curious as to how old your mix is etc.

Trimix is awesome.....gives you the ability to bring your "A" game without worry or timing issues.

It is about a month old now, but this issue happened the first time I used it as well, like the day after I received it.

If you are getting your Trimix from APSmeds.com or EmpowerRxPharmacy.com, I can say they are good.

Lack of response is usually due to low dose (avg dose for most men is 0.12 to 0.2 cc ), poor pre and post injection massaging of the penis, or using a needle too small the effectively inject the product into the corpus cavernosum.

I know this thread is a few years old but I have had the same issue with better results when injecting on the right side vs. the left (I use BiMix by the way). I swear my technique is the same but I get good erections when injecting on the right side and so-so on the left. My ED was caused by having a Radical Prostatectomy in June 2017 and I'm beginning to think that left/right issue may be due to more damage done to the nerves on the left side vs. the right during the surgery. Any thoughts?

Hi folks,
I finally was able to have my first injection last night. My urologist recommended I start with 25 units (0.25 cc) and I did was able to get an erection but it only lasted about 20 minutes. It was also not hard enough for penetration. But man, it did feel great to have an erection after 13 months! I noticed the penis head was a little bent forwards - it was not like that before. I believe this can be caused due to the length of the urethra removed with the prostate? Anyone had this issue?
Anyway, I have prep another syringe with 0.30 cc for my next time to see if this one will provide a better erection and a longer lasting one too.
As for the injection pain - I did have some pain from the needle but my desire to have an erection was enough for me to withstand the pain. Now I need to get a better erection so my wife can get interested in having sex with me again. If she does not, then I will have to get manual relieve...
