Crashed estrogen receptors

Hello just wondering if anyone has an experience with crashed estradiol receptors, I've been through two types of crashed estrogen, one I refer to as simple crashed estrogen lasts about 3 weeks painful uncomfortable but rebounds and the testosterone injections still feel fine, then there's crashed receptors with absolutely torture you, you feel there's no option but to come off because every injection makes things worse, question is how do you know when testosterone injections will feel normal again after receptor knockout because after stopping two months and trying trt again it still feels like absolute poison
