Can you post them here as an attached file?

This is the test we offer on DiscountedLabs.com

You can see a sample report there:

Thanks Vince. I think carnivore is good unless you can soak and dry, sprout or ferment your veggies, nut and grains. but if you eat soaked and dried nuts, fermented and/or cooked veggies and sprouted grains then you will feel much better.....atleast I do. Carnivore was a bit too boring for me and I had less energy.

How is your C-reactive Protein score? Have you had a Cardiac calcium scoring CT scan... see if your heart is clogging up at all? taking your K2 and D3? Might look into a supplement called Serrapeptase, if you have any serious plaque build-up. GL!

I second this. Get a cardiac calcium score. My local hospital charges $99 (insurance will not cover the test). Get your score and you can then plug that score into an online calculator which will tell you your 10 year heart event risk. A calcium score is much more accurate than risk measures such as blood pressure or cholesterol. A 0 calcium score is almost a guarantee of not having a heart attack in the next 5-10 years.

Look up “lifestyle medicine” and a movie called “code blue”. It presents a different research-backed perspective on healthy diet… and interestingly, it doesn’t involve meat.
