Can HGH raise E2?

I’ve been taking 3.3IU of HGH ED SubQ for 3 months. My IGF-1 increased from 100 to 260 (80-460). However, my E2 has increased quite a bit. Is this why?

it certainly interplays, i know in woman estrogen and gh/igf is connected. far from an expert, but the reason i ask is if your taking it at night that theoretically would cause more of a shut down of your pituitary... or perhaps having more water or blood sugar can affect estrogen.. hows ur BG?

are you taking test or other compounds? those prob would be more of the issue.

if you go to bodybuilding forum i imagine some of the guys would know.

I’m taking it at night, before I go to sleep. It’s been 3.5 months. My blood glucose was 93 (65-99) the same lab draw as my E2.

And no, I’m not taking any testosterone but I’m on thyroid hormones for hypothyroidism.

ok ya IMAGINE its more about ur thyroid. but hormones ar complex and i wont pretend to know how much GH affects E or taking levo affects it.

curious how is your SHBG levels? pretty high?

gaining weight also can cause increase E.

id be careful taking GH if have other medical issues esp with your thyroid as seems like a bad combo.

My SHBG was 77. Unmedicated (meaning not on thyroid hormones), it’s about 60-65. When taking thyroid hormones, it’s usually 80-95. But the HGH lowered it a little to 77.

And I haven’t gained any weight. I’m also 10% body fat.
