Just wondering if anyone out there has tried the botox shots for ED yet, besides me? If you get them thru the P shot trained docs working with Dr. Runnels, they refer to them as "Bocox" shot. There are other plastic surgeons offering them for ED and "male enhancement". Supposedly according to some of the plastic surgeons you can get more girth and length from it too. I have not seen the data to support that claim. Basically, they inject 50-100 units of Botox injecting two 25 unit shots each, into each side of your cavernosum. It really wasn't any worse than ICI inecting, so not painful. Basically, the botox paralyzes certain nerves which lets the arteries stay more open and let more blood flow into your penis. It supposedly takes a few weeks for the botox to paralyze the smooth muscle in the arteries to allow them to stay open. However, my experience has been different. It has been less than a week since I was injected with Botox and I have already seen remarkably good results. Faster than expected and very positive results. I am wondering if the effect will last as long as the physician suggested in would (4 months or so). If anyone else has had a botox shot series please let me know how you have done. I have already found erections far easier to get, far easier to keep, and as I continue to see gradual improvement every day, I am nearly at a point where I might not need Tri mix at all. BTW IF you do get a botox injection and are using Tri Mix or others, cut your dosing back significantly......trust me. I didn't get into trouble, but you easily could. If the benefit holds, this is a game changer for a lot of men. Regarding cost. Many physician will likely charge in the range of $2000 for a shots totaling 100 units. However, I can honestly say, if you can give up injecting Trim mix, and save the cost of ICI meds, this might be worth it for you especially if you only need to be re injected every 4-6 months, and gain a good erection the way you did in your 20's, think about it, and watch it happen.

Thanks for the post. Can you provide more information like how bad was your ED? Were your erections at 50 percent and now they are 100 percent, for example. Morning wood, etc.

That is the typical timeline for Botox. I get regular Botox treatments in my forehead. Interesting that it is now being utilized for ED. I hope this works out well for you and all who may try it.
My ED is pretty significant. I have been post prostate cancer treatment (radiation) for about 6 years. And, my original urologist kept me in finasteride for years, for no good reason. I was hypothyroid, and low T. So I have tried nearly everything from oral meds to shockwave treatments to P shots, vacuum pumps, all in an efforts to rehab my penis. I had regained a good bit of function. I was getting morning wood, but not fully erect. I use quad mix for sex which works pretty well for me. Always good enough easily for sex. However, did the P shot work? Yes. From two p shots I did gain sensitivity and an easier time getting an erection and over time did actually get a nice increase in girth. I did two series of shockwave treatments which were very helpful for me. Again gained a lot of sensitivity and easier to get erections with a little easier time keeping them also. The shockwave really did give me a big increase in sensitivity, which is always helpful driving libido. Quad mix makes intercourse easy for me. However, compared to all the rest of the treatments Botox so far, leaves them in the dust. I can now get erections and keep them well enough to have sex without quad mix. Huge increases in sensitivity too. The first two days post Botox, I still needed a little help and injected quad mix at 1/3 less than normal. The resulting erection which would normally last about 40 minutes was huge, hard as a rock, incredibly sensitive, and lasted well over an hour. I have not reinjected since, because now I can get erections just by thinking, even seeing an attractive woman. It’s like being in my early 30’s all over again. It really is a game changer for me, IF it lasts longer than a few months. Time will tell. I was not unhappy with where I was before. Oh, yes morning wood is significantly better too! Unless my doc won’t let me, I can’t imagine giving this up.

Erection quality was exceptional. Sensation improved significantly, and neither were bad before. I’ve only had sex twice since the injection last week, but both times orgasm was spectacular, including a very strong ejaculation phase. Because I had prostate cancer and radiation treatment, I was told I would not be able to ejaculate seaman any longer. Normally I don’t ejaculate any fluid. But since Botox, the ejuclations are so strong ( and they were not bad before) I am ejaculating again. In theory the various glands were irradiated and therefore could no longer produce ejaculate, but it’s obviously not exactly accurate. My biggest question is, will this last, and are there others who have experience with “bocox” who might know? But like I said, this is a game changer, especially if it lasts at least a few months.

Your report is extremely good news to us older guys giving us some real hope there is a bona fide legit way to regain youthful sensation and performance again...I'm very happy for you! There are very few things in life more important to us men, than our ability to enjoy satisfying sex with the ones we love, especially at the peak we've once known before.
I'm living now in Mexico and had time today to search online for any botox treatments for ED, but haven't yet found any. I may bring it up to my hormone doc, as she likes to be on the cutting edge of things down here.

I was looking for Drs in the Dallas or Houston area that do it but weren't able to find any. Looks like it's not very widely adopted yet
There is a plastic surgeon in Texas that does offer them. Don't know anything about him, how good, etc. But, here he is..https://www.agulloplasticsurgery.com/procedure/botulinum-toxins-for-male-enhancement-and-erectile-dysfunction/. He might be part of the network of P shot doctors approved by Dr Charles Runnels. I don't endorse any of the docs, but if you go on Runnels website for P shot, you can find his list of "trained" physicians in giving P shots. Most of those on the list would likely provide Botox too. a phone call would tell you. Perhaps there is someone on the list closer to you than El Paso.
I have now been three months plus after receiving my first injection of Botox for ED. I have to say, it's still working, although as the physician did inform me, the benefit has decreased somewhat. I am still considerably better than before, with no issues related to adverse events, or side effects. I have since repeated the injection yesterday because the physician did inform me, that with botox, its better to get a new injection before you lose the total benefit, that botox builds on itself regarding the benefit. I have to say, it's expensive, but it's an incredibly effective benefit. I am now able to get erections very easily, and keep them somewhat on my own. Good enough erections, that I could have sex with nothing else but generic Cialis at 10 mg per day. But, even though it gives me excellent sensitivity, its not the best quality erection, so I do still use some Tri mix, but have cut the dose by more than half, gradually increasing it over the last three months to about 60% of where I was prior, with incredibly strong erections lasting 1-1/2 hours without effort other than some libido. What it allows is plenty of time for foreplay, and building excitement, along with intercourse. Truly the best part, for me the orgasms and ejeculation phase are mind blowing. As good as any time in my life. It's all about blood flow! So, my doc suggests waiting at least 24 hours to have sex post injection, and thats where I am. The next time, I will repost on the reduction in Tri Mix, and the benefits, if they are as good as the first injection. In the meantime, I would honestly suggest while many other things I have tried, P shots, shockwave, injections, etc are all good, Botox or "Bocox" as they are calling it, really is a game changer. Save you cash on the others, and try this first. It is expensive, but it truly works.

$800 is a good deal for Botox, as long as its 100 units, not 50units. It seems the type of botox doesn't really matter either. If you use Tri Mix, and the botox by itself isn't quite enough, then use Tri Mix but cut the dose back significantly. I cut mine in half in was still incredible. Botox is really effective, and seems so far, to be without serious adverse events. It doesn't force erections you still need libido. Botox doesn't produce spontaneous erections like its been report Bremelanotide or PT 141, except that if you are going to get nocturnal or morning wood, you will get better erections then, but nor more often than nature would produce. it doesn't have the side effects of PT 141either. Libido is still very important with Botox. But, if you have libido, it's like being 25 again.
The wife’s Botox runs on about the same time schedule as indicated above. Believe the full results are achieved in about a week and diminishing in about 4 months.
Runs $350’ish for her forehead, eyes, and not sure what else but nothing major. Think more like a little tuneup and line reduction rather than cat lady.

We should just go to a cosmetic doc and come out ahead. (no pun intended).
$350 would be a real deal if you can find someone to do it for that. It's really simple, you can get either 50unit, or 100units injected all at once. They usually use ice or a numbing cream for you and inject about a third of the way out from the base of your penis on each side, and about 2/3 the way out on each side. So you are getting 25 units in each of 4 injections. I pay about $1000, I have heard as high as 2$ which is ridiculous, but I have also heard about $800 on the low end. They have a captive audience.

I wanted to thank you for posting all of your experiences with these different treatments. Also, glad to hear that the shockwave treatment helped someone other than just myself. I realize that it doesn't work everyone, especially considering the wide variety of machines and protocols. The botox treatment is fascinating. Going through a current rough patch on erection quality after 10-11 months of great results. That long positive period corresponded to 5 shockwave sessions last January. May fire that up again soon. Getting ready to try some low dose Pt141.
I may check in with my doctor to see if he will handle Botox in the future. (He probably will if it shows efficacy).

Don't give up! I am 65 and still going. I won't quite trying things until I have no other choices. I saw good results with shockwave too. And, they told me with shockwave and P shot's that it won't last forever, at some point you have to repeat them. it's called aging. I think they have all benefitted me, in slightly different ways. P shot restored a lot of sensitivity, and perhaps made it a little easier to get an erection. P shot also improved the girth considerably and there is no other explanation for that happening if it isn't helping blood flow and supply. shockwave also improved sensitivity greatly and made it even easier to get erections, but didn't help with girth. Tri Mix is a remarkable good drug and still works for me really well. But, for me, Botox was the game changer. Cut the Tri Mix by more than half. incredible sensitivity gains especially when erect. Go for it. You will only regret not having tried when you are older. I don't know of any many who died, whose epitaph read "regrets spending too much time having sex". LOL.
