I wasn't sure where to put this thread, so please move if necessary. Does anyone wear blue light blocking glasses and have seen a beneficial effect on them? And if so, any recommendation on brands?
Yes if worn at night and as long as the light is not too bright you will be able to keep melatonin high while being alert in the evenings. Just stumbled across this thread and thought I'd jump in. I've been thinking about getting some blue light blocking glasses myself lately, especially with how much time I spend staring at screens for work and gaming.
Anyone here have any experience with brands like Vooglam Eyewear? [Link removed by moderator]. They seem to pop up a lot in my searches, but always good to hear real-life feedback before dropping some cash.
Also curious if anyone's noticed a difference with sleep quality or eye strain after using them for a while. Thanks in advance!
