Old thread I know, but I am really tired of waking every night by 4am & then using theanine, tryptophan(if earlier) glycine, taurine, gaba etc, etc to not be up for an hour or more. Benzos will keep me asleep for 7hrs but I'm not going to use those more than twice a week. I tried seriphos years ago but seemed to just make wakes even worse. I am again trying seriphos 1 cap with dinner and 2 at bedtime. I'm about a week in now. Not better but I've seen suggestion to give it a couple of weeks. I'm going to stick it out. Might run another diurnal saliva cortisol test. Are there any reasons other than cortisol for waking consistently at night? Don't think it's bph or apnea though I do have mild issues with both.
