I turned off all notification for that reason, calls texts included. I use it mainly to count my steps and keep track of my heart rate.I got tired of my Apple Watch and gave it to my nephew. Too many distractions and added stress. I think runners and people who actually exercise more than I do probably benefit more from this gadget which really is an excuse to sell more subscriptions.
