Thanks JA for your encouraging reply. I have considered the implant as a last resource. I have been dealing with all sort of tumors since I was your age. At 29 I had my left testicle removed due to a non-seminomatous germ cell tumor which did not require chemo or radiation but I did have a retro-peritoneal lymph node dissection which created a long incision on my abdomen; I also had a vasectomy performed at that time. About 5 years ago I had my upper left pulmonary lobe removed due to a endocrine neuro-carcinoma tumor and about a year ago I had my prostate removed due to an adenocarcinoma. This was the one which left me almost penile crippled. Old Joe has not been the same since I had that catheter inserted for almost two weeks. I am looking forward to these Trimix injections but if they don't work, I am definitely going for the implant. My wife does not want me to undergo another surgery but I may not take her advise. I will keep you posted on how it goes...

I think in my case, it wasn't the span of years, but doing 4-5 injections in a single day to maintain an erection on a porn shoot lasting 8-10 hours. You built up so much scar tissue and hit so many veins, eventually damage is done. Trimix, is a safe option if used as directed which is 3-4 tims per day, no more than once per day.

why not deal with the underlying circulation issues with the erection issues...just wondering

As you saw in the videos, it was a bit more complicated than that. Years of Trimix overuse created a lot of scar tissue inside restriction blood flow. That plus a massive infection that further damaged the vascular tissues. The infection developed after the removal of a non-canerous growth from my testicles.

Important Directions for Trimix Injections

Thanks for your frankness at the end of the video. I am rooting for you. Hopefully you did not lose but a fraction of an inch. I have read 1-1.5 inches loss is not unusual (I follow a ******** group on the subject and also FrankTalk.org). You were well endowed before and you will be after.

I bet it will be a relief not having to inject anymore!
