@Guided_by_Voices we are on the same path. I follow Stu and have three of his books.
I am still training at sub-max numbers with a max test once in a while and don't do more than a set of 8. I suppose I am impatient with the time it's taking to catch-up my tendons and ligaments compared to my musculature.
