You may be onto something here. I tried your protocols and I'm surprised to report that I've just had two of the best sleeps I've had in months, if not years! It'll be interesting to see if this stuff will work for me on a consistent basis. Thanks a million for your post!
Update: I tried the 60mg and it was awful. I have no idea how someone could tolerate that high of a dose. Just goes to prove that everyone is distinctly different.
Has anyone seen a correlation between high T levels and muscle loss? In other words, the higher your T levels are, the harder it is to maintain muscle mass.
For those of you who train hard with weights and are over 60, what is your daily protein intake and what is your fat/muscle balance? In other words, if you have big arms, chest and shoulders, what does your gut look like?
Thanks for your informative response. Like I said at the beginning, I've trained my entire adult life and know what my genetic limits are. All I'm trying to do now is get close to where I normally am. For 40 years my physique changed very little and that's all I want now.
I'm starting to think...
Hey Funk, I used to ingest almost 200g of protein each day, but once I hit my late 50s, and I started getting fat, I backed off. Like I said before, I'm an ectomorph and need tons of protein and heavy weight training to see results. The challenge is getting that 1g of protein per pound of body...
Thanks Funk, I take 132mg TC spread over 3 injections per week. I don't have any data on the other metrics you mentioned. I've lifted weights my entire adult life and know my body pretty well as far as what works and what doesn't. I'm an ectomorph and have tailored my training to emphasize lots...
I'm currently 62 and have been on TRT for over 5 years. My TT is 1468 ng/dL and my Estradiol is 59 pg/mL.
I'm struggling to put on muscle and have way too fat fat on my torso (gut and pecs). I've always been a fitness fanatic and workout 5 days per week with weights and some cardio.
Am I too...
Thanks for your response. Do you mind if I ask your age? Have you ever tried Bimix/Trimix? If so, how does it compare with those? What were your erections issues like prior to taking PT141? Were you able to obtain a good enough erection for intercourse, did you have problems maintaining an...
Update - I have since added Ashwagandha 380MG taken in the afternoon, prior to dinner, and my sleep has improved exponentially. I'm surprised that such a simple solution seems to do the trick. But after going full circle with almost every sleep aid and supplement known to man, this is what works...
32 is way too young to start TRT. You're at least a decade too early. I would concentrate on other factors like diet, exercise, weight and a good supplement/vitamin regime.
The FDA also approved Covid shots (including for infants and pregnant woman), with almost no safety trials that have since been proven to be deadly. I'd take Indian over them any day.
