So why aren't we looking at minicircle "Adeel Khan" and his gene editing follistatin producing injection? I've done stem cells a few times (mesenchymal both IV and joints) and plan to do gene editing as well. Seems amazing. Anyone have experience with it?
Aside from anecdotal evidence, I would be shocked if you can back either of those claims with any long running double blind, placebo crossover studies.
Clearly not the root cause, but a whole food plant-based vegan diet has conclusively shown to reduce all kinds of acne, which has been my personal experience as well.
Good for you! I’ve hunted hard for a reason to justify added sugar in a diet and can’t find anything. Lots of sugar in fruit but the fiber, water, cell walls keeping a portion from getting digested, etc. make it so much healthier. Congratulations! Hoping it lasts forever!
Agree with all except milk is incredibly unhealthy. Measurably and consistently raises inflammation markers, causes allergy flare ups, is a less healthy source of fat, etc. Almond milk is not amazing because the fiber is removed, but it is dramatically healthier than milk.
Totally agree...
What an incredibly misguided post by Coach D. I’m in way way better shape than you, have raised three incredibly healthy kids, have coached many people, through incredible health, and have numerous competitive bodybuilder friends that are strict vegans. Hope this helps. I know I know, I’m...
Let him pig out on the healthiest whole plant-based foods You can find that are incredibly delicious. Even very sweet snacks like pomegranate seeds, bananas, and dense foods, like legumes, almond butter, etc. are generally protected against diabetes I suspect largely because of the fiber and...
80mg cyp, 25 deca. I know people generally feel a larger dose of deca is required, but I wanted to start light for at least a few months to see if I got sides. I’ve been hyper reactive to some other things.
My understanding and anecdotal experts that bpc157 and tb800 are good for healing in general including joints. I’m also on low dose deca to go with my Cypionate without sides.
I detest anything suspended in alcohol for sublingual and that’s how it came so I tossed it. Same with some gw I bought. At some point I’ll see if there’s injectable or other medium for both of those but haven’t yet. Sorry.
Libido back to 100% so not top of mind.
Have been engaging more with...
I know it is easier said than done, but I would always rather Focus on making more money instead of cutting costs. I’m in real estate so I guess it has been a bit easier with this market.
As a very enthusiastic vegan I must point out that everything on their list of foods to avoid is total crap, and everything on their list of foods to eat is vegan and very healthy.
I have had only very slight gastric distress with Semaglutide, and loved it overall. My personal opinion is that...
I love that that works for you! Hope y'all have fun.
Frankly, it takes zero courage for me to put myself out there and I've had roughly 100 play dates like that. I still say hi to all those dads and consider them friends, but not deep or meaningful friends so maybe it's how I'm understanding...
Strength to strength would definitely say that for long-term happiness you need more close friendships. I respectfully disagree with that book, but could be wrong. I love me and I’m never ever lonely, sad, or depressed. So maybe I’m unique in that way.
Maybe I skimmed this too quickly, but it sounded like the solution of the gel is progesterone-based or including, and I would have concerns about anything of that nature messing with the rest of my hormones.
For my part, I totally don't have labs to back it up, but once I started having E issues I "felt" like I could tell when it was low/high. Could be totally wrong of course.
My wife is reading that book and likes it quite a bit as well. Perhaps I am fooling myself, but I would rate myself as extremely happy, and getting happier all the time. I have extremely close, loving, transparent relationships with my three kids and wife, but beyond that I basically have zero...
My typical answer to the common question, “when a woman squirts is it pee, ejaculate, or something else?” is, “it’s hot and sexy”. But I have long suspected that it was a mix of 1. clean, non-urine liquid from the Periurethral sponge, and 2 some urine. This seems to confirm that, correct?
And...
I have similar sensitivity, and never take any anymore. Totally just one data point, but if I temporarily increased my testosterone more of it would aromatize and get me back into proper range quicker as far as I can tell.
Do you know your body fat percentage? Super fit is very subjective. How exactly did the constant glucose meter help if I may ask? Helped you quantify exactly when you should eat? And would love to understand the data of what progress it helped you to make.
Glimepiride is something I will have...
another vote for both in same syringe. I stretch so I don't feel I'm wasting time while I wait. I try to draw exactly the correct amount to not push anything back in mainly for maintaining sterility. And I do inject a full syringe of air before drawing cypionate for reasons mentioned.
metformin is off my list for these reasons. I wonder if the defects were only with the recalled stuff that had elevated NDMA(nitrosamines) or with all metformin. Sounds like a good "steer clear" call to me.
actually it depends on what else I'm doing. If I'm doing ipamorelin, mod grf, bpc 157, tb800, or other things, then I'll do cypionate and hcg at the same time. recently my cyp has been a little every day, and my hcg has been 2x/wk.
I remember some guys talking about how metformin dramatically blunts IGF-1. Not sure if it's true. It gave me very bad flatulence so I dropped it but I still think it permanently helped my blood sugar regulation from being on it for not that long. Course I also went vegan shortly thereafter so...
