Thanks so much for that .. U r right when I was on trt my shbg was lower... Now I'm off it the shbg is higher What I don't get is... When I was in trt my LH was zero. Now I'm off trt my LH has bounced back but still low free t ... So basically start the trt again. Flood the system

What do you mean not very realistic?? You mean not a good idea? What's the best way to drop the shbg. Or as you say shbg doesn't effect free t . How can I raise my free t ?

What .... I've read on here and been told that the shbg uses the free t. So many people have said if I lower my shbg the free t will raise .. so this is all false... How can I raise my free t levels.. ?

My worry with that is that I don't have sufficient testosterone. 0.18 nmol ain't gonna help me. On the carnivor keto diet do you still have to eat in a calorie excess to gain muscle. That's my goal over the next 6 to8 months .

Yeah I know. Lol have to try tho. Never right on TRT so what's the point injecting if it never helped my libido or erection. That's why I started it... My LH is high and my free t is low so why isnt the free t higher if the tests are working ? Is it all the fault of the shbg ?
