I'm still using the cream and am doing very well. Once I stopped blaming TRT for every little feeling and stopped messing with my dose, things have been good.

I always recommend trying the scrotal cream. I know so many guys who didn't do well on TRT until they made the switch.

I personally think that Many overdose ssris. I had al sorts of issues on the common "starting doses" of ssri. I've had some some success with low dose lexapro. But I also think it should be a last resort

Has anyone got any info why we can no longer get the hydrogel base from empower. (Before anyone comments it is a cream). My numbers were much better on the hydrogel then hrt base personally.

The other fact is people on trt are too hyper aware of every little thing they never would have thought twice about. People that aren’t on trt get bloated and hold water too. Have days where they piss a ton and other where they barely piss. To much damn micro managing.
