Since it's a 5 mg blend as in 5mg of each would you not reconstitute it as an overall 10mg vial? I'm looking at purchase a 12mg IPA/ 6mg CJC blend and I'm assuming I'd reconstitute it as an overall 18mg blend, is that correct?
Nope.
I was "in range".
Simply have to try a therapeutic trial to see if your symptoms get resolved.
The only thing that was obviously out of whack for me was a fairly elevated RT3.
Well, without getting into the whole backfilling of the pathways argument, I fully believe that using hCG along with DHEA & Pregnenolone was critical. I experimented with using all 3 and then not and for me it's clear cut. Dosing is individualized so I'd be hesitant to give advice there.
Also, I...
TSH doesn't look bad but at this point based on what you've said I'd prob order a full thyroid panel including RT3 as well as a 4 point salivary cortisol test.
Maybe some others can chime in as well if they've experienced a similar issue and what they did to resolve it.
Do you crash or get tired in certain parts of the day as well?
Feel better later in the evening, etc.....
If so, I'd take a look at cortisol and revisit thyroid.
I had issues waking up in the middle of the night when those were off.
And just because your doc says it's fine doesn't necessarily...
I honestly feel flat when I'm not on it.
I do not see much atrophy when not on it, but I do have that better overall feeling and I get a noticeable libido boost while on it.
Twice per week, 400 IU's.
I'm sorry to hear that.
I am no longer affiliated with them and unfortunately can't forward you to someone who could help you.
I'm currently deciding on another provider.
Lol.
For those with scripts it says on the side of the bottle the actual carrier oil.
Not sure anyone here can confirm for any of those specific products.
What were the corresponding healthy young male TotalT and Free T levels associated with that 30pg/ml level?
Just for curiosity sake.
That definitely seems like unchartered territory.
In the 50's and 60's I've seen no problems personally at all.
Same with many others.
But then you have the...
I'd cut the AI at least in half if not get rid of it completely.
Your numbers don't look bad necessarily.
IF you feel fine cutting the AI, then I'd touch nothing.
But if you cut the AI and that doesn't resolve it. as said above there is room to slightly lower the dose.
That FreeT is starting to...
I agree 100%.
Starting TRT was really only the beginning for me.
Once I got the adrenals fully good to go and thyroid dialed the change was far greater than when I first got on testosterone.
If your thyroid/adrenals are out of whack, getting those treated as well is a complete game changer.
Well at least he admitted it was garbage in the first part of his response.
Then justifies it by saying well that's the way we've done it since the 80's.
No offense but are they passing out MD's like candy these days???
Other than the ones we know in our network of docs that title honestly...
Is this prescribed from a doctor?
If not, there's no telling if it's underdosed or even real at all.
For replacement doses I haven't heard of anymore than 1-2 IU's per day so something isn't quite right here.............
Assuming this was most likely purchased from a research chemical company, I wonder if anything else was mixed into the vial with the MT2.
That's a pretty wild case!
Excellent post.
I have the exact same issue and have had for years.
Thanks for posting!
(Getting dialed in for me at first was a nightmare as this was overlooked)
I know several guys while on "cycles" who have gotten a significant other or wife pregnant.
So while I imagine it's very infrequent, it can and does happen.
Have no idea what the percentage would be though.
I can't imagine this aspect has been thoroughly studied :-)
Personally am on 1grain of Armour twice daily plus 10mcg T3 twice daily.
I don't remember my initial lab work from a few years back, but TSH wasn't horrible, T3 was low, T4 was low and RT3 was high.
Was on TCypionate at the time plus hCG which helped, but did not get full symptom resolution...
That's another observation for me.
I did not notice a significant or noticeable change in nad size.
I was expecting that to happen.
I did not expect the loss of libido though.
Time to order some more!
I took a week break from hCG this week just to see, and man I noticed a considerable decrease in libido.
Never would have expected that but I definitely see benefit from being on it.
Even at just 350 IU's twice per week.
If your body truly needs it, you'll start to feel better.
That's how it worked for me.
My numbers weren't all that bad ("in range").
Was already on TRT, but this took everything to the next level for me.
My TSH was just under 3.0 from what I remember, but my FT4 and FT3 were very similar to yours.
