Most clinics out in vegas are just generic TRT mills that want to get paid. Your best bet is to just pick any, go ugl, or talk with your regular doctor / urologist and try and manage yourself. Alternatively theres also Defy (who i personally have not used) who is telemed but well regarded.

I've had PRP done twice. I notice a temporary increase in sensitivity for a few weeks but not really anything else.

It's been consistent which is a good sign. Not like any crazy big swings or ultra horny feelings but just a regular functional libido (which previously was nonexistant).

Just to update - after a few days the DHEA was too much, nipples were feeling really sensitive. Ended up dropping that for a little, and increased the Preg. Right now been taking 50mg Preg and 10mg DHEA for about 2 weeks now and have been feeling pretty good. Will update again. Morning wood...

The actual drug name is Flibanserin. It' my understanding on a short internet search is that this directly lowers serotonin and indirectly increases dopamine and norepinephrine? Also only supposed to be taken by women - I'd assume maybe for liability reasons. Interesting.

Would it not be better to keep the aromasin in a steady state with more regular dosing with lower doses? That way you'd keep your enzymes and E2 levels more consistent?

You see all sorts of combinations of Vard + APO, Vard + Tada, Vard + Oxytocin, etc etc etc. I've seen Sild + Tada + APO + Oxy in troche form before. Was kinda curious if anyone knew of a compounding pharmacy that makes this combo though and also what your guys thoughts are on it.
