5'6". Was 190, now 170 and dropping further. I have leaned out considerably in my arms, legs and waist, but I don't see improvement yet in the breast tissue. Specifically ptosis (excess skin, drooping,sagging) in the lateral pecs.
I do not have gyno. At least not from the photos I've seen of others.
I have not left anything out in my chest training which is consistent (pec deck, barbell and dumbbell flat, incline, decline press, pushups, etc.).
What are my options?
The stomach bulge is from diastasis recti. I have hardly any fat on my abdomen at this point.
