5-6. Was 190, now 170 and dropping further. I have leaned out considerably in my arms, legs and waist, but I don't see improvement yet in the breast tissue. Specifically ptosis (excess skin, drooping,sagging) in the lateral pecs.
I do not have gyno. At least not from the photos of other I've see that do have gyno.
I have not left anything out in my chest training which is consistent (pec deck, barbell and dumbbell flat, incline, decline press, pushups, etc.).
What are my options?

- keep going on the diet for further fat loss?
