Ya that’s what I was asking. I was wondering if u tried cutting out the kefir temporally, to see what effects it was or wasn’t having on u. Subjectively notice anything, good or bad, from cutting it out?

Never noticed anything bad from it so no reason to cut it out
 
Oh I thought when u said u cut out all full fat dairy that included the kefir. So u cut out all dairy other than kefir basically?
No. I am on a major cut (PSMF diet) to recomp which is protein dominant and reduces carbs and fats to <20g/day. The only dairy I am consuming now is fat-free, so had to stop the full fat for that reason.

Gocha. What milk do u use to make the kefir if it’s fat free? I assumed u were using raw whole milk

In the midst of trying to see if I can make fat free or low fat kefir or yogurt from raw milk, this is all I have available while on this cut. The extra kcals from full fat dairy killed any chance of fat loss in my case.
